Ellen Vaneker

Ellen Vaneker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in change management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People, Change & Comms for Nationale-Nederlanden since April 2016, Ellen has held various roles including HR Manager and Manager Attract, Engage & Develop. As an independent HR professional through Ellen Vaneker Interim P&O since 2006, Ellen has undertaken numerous interim HR positions. Previous roles include Transition Manager and HR Manager at APX, and Owner of Way of Leading. Ellen's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Change Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and certifications in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development.
