Laura Dattner

Laura Dattner, MA, currently serves as a Research Writer for the Center for Injury Research and Policy at Nationwide Children's Hospital, focusing on translational research to promote public education and healthy behavior changes for child safety. Previously, Laura held the position of Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program Administrator at the Ohio Department of Health, where effective communication campaigns were developed and managed. Experience also includes marketing and communications roles at the Minnesota Department of Health and various internship positions in advertising and media relations. Laura Dattner earned a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
