Ella Maisie Stephenson

Ella Maisie Stephenson has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Ella currently works at Native Design as a Senior Designer, where they solve complex UCD problems and identifies growth opportunities for market-leading clients. Ella conducts strategic and product research and leads small teams for global projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Design Consultant at Innovia Technology and as an Innovation Consultant Intern at the same company.

Ella also has experience at Nottingham Trent University, where they held various roles such as Degree Show Representative, Degree Show Branding Team member, Course Representative, Academic Ambassador, and Course Mentor. Ella Maisie Stephenson completed their education from 2007 to 2012 at City of Norwich School, where they obtained their GCSEs. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, they attended City College Norwich, where they pursued A-Levels in Biology, Photography, Psychology, and completed an EPQ. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, Ella studied at Nottingham Trent University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design.
