Dipika Singh has a diverse work experience in the fields of engineering, digital technology, and talent management. Dipika is currently working at Native as an Associate Principal in Engineering. Prior to that, they worked at Purple Quarter as a Search Partner and at Randstad Sourceright as a Talent Partner. Dipika also has experience as a Recruitment and Operations Lead with MSP at Allegis Group and as a Senior IT Recruiter at TEKsystems.

Dipika Singh completed their education with an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Mount Carmel Institute of Management in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a B.A in English Hnrs from St. Xaviers University from 2007 to 2010. Dipika'seducational journey began at Mount Carmel School, where they completed their XII and obtained ICSE qualifications in Commerce from 1994 to 2007.
