Shrey Shah

Shrey Shah's work experience includes working as an Associate Principal at Native since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant from March 2021 to April 2022, an Associate Consultant from March 2019 to March 2021, and an Associate from March 2018 to February 2019 at Native. Before joining Native, Shrey worked as a System Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2015 to March 2018.

Shrey Shah has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Welingkar Institute of Management, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology from Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Arts, Commerce and Science from 2012 to 2015. Shrey had a brief stint at L.S Raheja College in 2011, and they completed their Secondary School Certificate from G.E.S English Medium School, where they studied from 1997 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" and "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn, as well as "NSE's Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM)" from the National Stock Exchange of India.
