Natalie Ashby possesses extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) at Natomas Unified School District since June 2022, where responsibilities include co-teaching and leading an After School Reading Enrichment Program. In addition to this role, Natalie has worked as a Curriculum Designer for Sown To Grow, creating a differentiated Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum for K-5 students. Previous positions include teaching third grade at Oakland Unified School District, developing curricula for diverse learners, and engaging in project management with Mills Teacher Scholars. With a strong background in curriculum development that integrates arts and social studies, Natalie has contributed to various educational programs and earned a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Stanford University, following a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
