Northon Coimbrao

Northon Coimbrao has a diverse work experience in the sourcing and procurement field, holding various roles in different companies. Northon is currently the Director of Sourcing at Natra, where they serve as a board member and provides support to stakeholders through effective communication. Northon leads global sourcing teams for cocoa and chocolate, managing a significant budget and driving cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this, Coimbrao was the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Natra, responsible for optimizing the group's profit and strengthening strategic partnerships. Northon also has experience as a Procurement Manager at Nederland, S.A., a Sales Manager at Olam, and a Pricing & Risk Manager at Brasil Alimentos. Their career began at Cargill, where they worked as a Trader/Merchant.

Northon Coimbrao completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FIA Business School from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2005 but discontinued it due to a career change. Northon obtained a Bachelor Degree in Physics from Universidade Federal de São Carlos - UFSCar Oficial from 2000 to 2004.
