Anne Vine

Anne Vine is an experienced project management professional with a robust background in PMO leadership and portfolio management. Currently serving as Senior PMO Lead at NATS since November 2022, Anne has previously held key positions such as Head of PMO at Ofgem and Portfolio Lead at Wella Company. Additional experience includes roles at L3Harris Technologies as Head of Programme and Risk Process Management, Director of Portfolio Office at Tungsten Network, and Senior Portfolio Manager/Change Consultant at NATS. Anne's expertise is further demonstrated through roles at Oxford University Press, DVSA, Regus, and UBS, where responsibilities ranged from change leadership to global PMO direction. Anne holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Rhodes University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
