Sarah Stacey

Sarah Stacey has had a vast and diverse work experience in the HR field. Sarah started as an HR Manager at Thames Water in 1989 and then moved on to roles at The Automobile Association and Centrica. Sarah served as the Head of HR at The AA before joining NATS, where they held various senior HR positions, including Director of HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations. Sarah'sexperience includes managing HR services for commercial businesses, TU negotiations, and developing innovative HR solutions to support growth activities.

Sarah Stacey completed their Ba (Hons) in English at the University of Warwick from 1986 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management at the University of West London from 1990 to 1992. In 2016, they obtained the MHFA Lite certification from Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) Community Interest Company, and they became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel (CIPD) at some point.
