Sarah Swann MCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various senior HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at NATS since July 2015, Sarah previously held senior positions at Serco, including Senior HR Business Partner for Home Affairs, where strategic HR initiatives were developed to align with business objectives.
