Shona Harding

Shona Harding is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of People at Natterbox since September 2019, after holding the position of HR Business Partner. Prior to Natterbox, Shona founded SHONA HARDING ASSOCIATES LIMITED, working as an HR Consultant with a specialization in employee relations and employment law from March 2013 to September 2019. Shona also served as a Human Resources Consultant at Ferrier Pearce and Shona Harding Associates Ltd, providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. Earlier experience includes a role as Global Human Resources Advisor at Deutsche Bank London, where strategic HR support was provided to approximately 650 staff, and HR Manager at ING Barings UK. Shona's career began at NatWest Markets with various roles in Global Technology and Operations. Shona holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and completed CLT Paralegal Training.
