Megan Callanan is the Regulatory & Compliance Manager at Natural Cycles. Megan has over four years of experience in the regulatory affairs field. Prior to joining Natural Cycles, Megan worked as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Stryker from July 2018 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for generating streamlined 510(k) folder structures and submission templates to make departmental 510(k) submissions more organized, standardized, and straightforward. Megan also collaborated with the Engineering Operations department to create a database linking 510(k) reports with test lab reports and R&D project numbers.

Megan began their career in the regulatory affairs field as an intern at Stryker in May 2017. During their internship, they worked on two comprehensive Excel-based projects to improve departmental visibility over all Stryker Spine CE marked products and OEM products. Megan also learned about the new product development process and business integration by parsing 1,600+ page DHF from recent Stryker acquisition.

Before their work in regulatory affairs, Megan interned at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV) from October 2016 to April 2018 as part of the Commercialization Academy. During their time at JHTV, Megan worked on various projects related to technology commercialization and venture capital.

Megan has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Johns Hopkins University.

Megan Callanan received their Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Megan also attended Hathaway Brown School.

They are on a team with Malin Holm - QA & Product Compliance Lead, Szesze Lau - Regulatory & Compliance Manager. Their manager is Karolina Magnusson, Head of Regulatory & Compliance.
