Karen Falbo

Karen Falbo has worked as the Director of Nutrition Education at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage.com since 2002. Before that, they were a nutrition consultant at Vital Abundance Nutrition from 1998 to 2002. Karen also had their own nutrition consulting business during this period.

Karen Falbo attended the Nutrition Therapy Institute from 2016 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Culinary Science and Food As Medicine in the program for Natural Foods Chef. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, Karen attended the University of Health Sciences, where they earned their degree as a Certified Nutritionist, focusing on Holistic Nutrition. Additionally, Karen obtained a certification as an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise.
