Amira Musse

Amira Musse is an accomplished professional in the realms of finance, strategy, and economic analysis, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Innovation in Finance and Procurement at Natural Resources Canada since May 2022. Previously, Amira held the position of Senior Advisor for Economic/Special Projects to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Global Affairs Canada from February 2020 to May 2022, and worked as a Senior Data Analyst at the Canada Revenue Agency from June 2017 to February 2020, where responsibilities included leading statistical research and teaching courses in Time Series Analysis. Amira began a diverse career as a Compliance Analyst in Economics within the Government of Canada from October 2011 to June 2017 and gained early experience as a Financial Officer at Statistics Canada. Amira holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa.
