The team that founded Naturbeads has a long history of experience in various aspects of membrane science, engineering, and management. They have been Council Members at the European Membrane Society, Senior Visiting Fellows at the National University of Singapore, Deputy Deans at the Faculty of Engineering and Design at the University of Bath, Research Fellows at Drexel University, and Mentors at Lean Launch Pad at NUS Enterprise. They have also been Director of CleanTech & Advanced Materials at Budding Innovations Pte. Ltd., Executive Advisor at National University of Singapore, Manager of Technology Translation & Innovation Partnerships at NUS Enterprise, Professor of Sustainable Chemistry at University of Bath, Reader at Department of Chemistry at University of Bath, Training Director at Centre for Sustainable Chemical Technologies at University of Bath, and Group Leader at University of Bath. Their education histories include degrees from Drexel University in Materials Science and Engineering, Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in Materials Engineering, Sapienza Università di Roma in Materials Engineering, University of Bath in Innovation Management, and University of Cape Town in Chemistry.
