Esther Sussman has extensive work experience in the field of product development and research and development. Esther currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Dairy Alternatives - Product Development at Nature's Fynd. Prior to this role, they worked at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they held various positions including Sr. Manager, Manager, Sr. Scientist, and Scientist in R&D - Product Development. Before joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Esther worked at Ferrara Candy Company as a Research Scientist and Associate Scientist in R&D - Product Development. Esther also gained experience as a Confections Applications Lab Technician at FONA International. Esther's career journey began with a Product Development Internship at Schwabe North America.
Esther Sussman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2008 to 2012. Esther then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Food Science degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, studying from 2013 to 2018.
