Justin Temme

Justin Temme has a diverse range of experience in the IT field. Justin worked as an IT Operations Manager at Nature's Way from 2015 to present, where they provided direction for the team and ensured high availability of core systems. Prior to that, they were a Network Administrator at Coating Excellence International from 2014 to 2015, where they analyzed user requirements and resolved network issues. In 2005, they joined Sidley Austin LLP as a Financial Systems Architect, where they enhanced and supported systems and set the technical direction of the organization. Justin also served as a Systems Administrator at Sidley Austin LLP from 2005 to 2014, responsible for maintaining accounting and human capital management systems. Before that, they were an Information Technology Manager at Cassiday Schade LLP from 2001 to 2005, managing the IT department and providing user support. Justin began their career as an IT Operations Supervisor at Chartered Benefit Services from 1993 to 2001, overseeing the construction of a data center and managing IT operations. Justin started their career as a Technician at Data Transfer Associates from 1989 to 1991.

Justin Temme attended Illinois State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Philosophy. Prior to that, Justin attended Lake Zurich Senior High School. In terms of additional certifications, Justin obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT in June 2013.
