Leah M. Ford has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Leah M. started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Eaton Corporation, where they created operating instructions and wrote Visual Basic programs. Leah M. then moved on to Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they worked as a Website Designer and later as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, creating 3D projection systems and redesigning curriculum.
Leah joined NatureWorks in 2005 and held multiple positions during their tenure. Leah M. started as a Resource Analyst, conducting research and coordinating meetings with non-government organizations. Leah M. then became a Marketing Specialist, leading projects such as creating a new brand-focused website and managing global brand promotion. Most recently, Leah is the Sr. Global Marketing and Communications Manager at NatureWorks, where they direct global marketing & communications strategies and collaborates with Public Affairs in building strategic partnerships and developing marketing and public relations strategies.

Leah M. Ford has a Bachelor's degree in Course 12, Earth, Atmospheric & Planetary Sciences - Geology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Leah M. also holds a Master's degree in Course 12, Geology/Geomorphology, also from MIT. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained a certification as a Challenger Messaging Consultant from Challenger in June 2018.
