Marie Olson

Marie Olson's work experience includes working as a Fermentation Scientist at NatureWorks since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Fermentation Lab Technician at NatureWorks from December 2019 to August 2021. Before joining NatureWorks, Marie worked as a Regulatory Data Specialist with Pace Analytical from July 2019 to November 2019. Marie was responsible for inputting information from vendor SDSs into a hazard communication database and reviewing global chemical regulations. Additionally, Marie has experience as a Microbiology Lab Prep Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at St. Catherine University. Marie was involved in tasks such as preparing media for biology classes, processing contaminated waste, cloning and characterizing genes, and running and maintaining laboratory equipment. Marie also worked as a Student Research Assistant studying nitrogen fixation and as a Mendel Hall Lab Attendant.

Marie Olson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from St. Catherine University between the years 2015 and 2019.
