Dilshad Kasmani has an extensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles and industries. Starting in 1997, Kasmani worked as a Legislative Intern and District Aide for the Texas Senate. In 1999, they transitioned to the role of Legislative Aide in Harris County, eventually becoming the Chief Analyst and Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and Chief Economist.

In 2006, Kasmani joined Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP as a Briefing Clerk before becoming a Corporate/Securities Associate. In 2012, they moved to Paul Hastings as a Corporate Associate. Additionally, Kasmani has also had a noteworthy military career, serving as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve since 2003.
