Lauren Gardner

Lauren Gardner is currently a Senior Designer/Researcher at Nava. Prior to this, they worked as a Design Researcher at the Design Institute for Health, where they guided project teams and conducted design research to understand the needs of patients and those who care for them. Lauren also worked as a Senior Program Manager at Reboot, leading multidisciplinary teams in conducting research and service design for accountable and responsive governance. In addition, Lauren has worked as a Research Analyst at The World Bank and as a Resident Alumni Advisor at The Alliance for Global Education.

Lauren Gardner studied design for social innovation at the School of Visual Arts, where they earned their master's degree. Lauren also holds a BA in international studies from American University.
