Nedret Sahin

Nedret Şahin is an experienced design and research professional currently serving as a Principal Designer/Researcher at Nava since November 2024. Previously, Nedret was a Sr Human Centered Design Lead at Florida Blue, where significant improvements were made to a clinical decision support tool, enhancing prescription benefit access for physicians. As Director of Experience Strategy at BORN XDS, management of a Medicaid app project resulted in $5 million revenue. At Mad*Pow, leadership roles included facilitating the COVID-19 workplace reentry initiative and developing human-centered digital solutions for banking and insurance sectors. Earlier experience at Velir Inc. involved redesigning the Massachusetts government website, while roles at One Pica, Inc. focused on creating user-centric designs and managing client accounts. Nedret holds a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University, earned in 2012, and completed high school at İstanbul ENKA Okulları in 2008.
