Courtney Awe

Courtney Awe is an experienced technology and business systems professional with a robust background spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Business Technology Systems Architecture at Navan since December 2024, Courtney previously held the position of Senior Manager Integration Engineering at Workiva and directed business systems at Navan from May 2022 to March 2024. Prior roles include positions at Confluent and Elastic, where skills in business systems analysis and management were honed. Courtney's early career included significant contributions as Manager of Internal Systems at Infusionsoft, where leadership in system support and efficiency improvements was evidenced. A former Lieutenant in the US Navy Reserve, Courtney also served as a Program Scheduler and Senior Financial Analyst at Orbital Sciences Corporation, managing financial forecasting and schedules for high-value defense contracts. Academic achievements include an MBA from the University of Arizona and a BSBA in Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
