Sally Roberts has been working in human resources for over 15 years. Sally started their career as a human resources director for Morris Communications. During their time there, they were responsible for the HR support for Morris Visitor Publications, Morris Broadband, and National Magazines. Sally was also in charge of the recruitment, employment, and benefits for the company. In 2017, Sally became the state director for SHRM. In this role, they were responsible for the compliance with state employment law for over 15 states. Sally also conducted investigations of policy infractions, responded to EEOC and DOL complaints, and conducted training for managers on Effective Selection Practices. In 2021, Sally became the chief human resources officer for NavCare. In this role, they are responsible for the employee benefits program for 2,000+ employees.

Sally Roberts has a BA in Theirtory/Government from Erskine College and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Sally also has certification from the SHRM Foundation in Veterans at Work and from SHRM in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Additionally, they have certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources, SPHR, and from SHRM in SHRM-SCP.
