Chetan Mandlik

Chetan Mandlik has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at InfoBeans since March 2019, where prior roles included Associate Manager and Lead. At Artech Infosystem Private Limited, Chetan held the title of Delivery Manager in Staffing, developing strategic delivery plans and enhancing service delivery while managing candidate databases. Chetan also worked at Whizz Finders as a Recruitment Specialist and Team Leader, and briefly served as Chief Consultant at Spectrum Consultant. Chetan began a career in sales and marketing at ACC Limited and completed an internship at Aditya Birla Group - Ultratech Cement Limited. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
