Christine Danielson

Christine Danielson, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christine currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Customer Success at NAVEX, where they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and value from the company's products and services. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director, also in the Customer Success department, and played a key role in building and leading the NAVEX Global Customer Success Team.

Before joining NAVEX, Christine worked at Aravo Solutions as a Global Services Program Director, overseeing all aspects of project coordination and administration. Christine directly managed a team of project managers, senior consultants, and configuration specialists.

At NAVEX Global, Christine worked as a Solutions Consultant & Project Manager, acting as a liaison between various departments to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality solutions. Christine also played a crucial role in analyzing and mapping client business requirements to implementation objectives.

Christine has also held positions at Ivey Performance Marketing, where they served as the Director of Project Management, and at Epiq Systems, where they held various roles including Director of Case Services, Senior Manager of Case & Claim Services, and Project Manager.

Prior to these roles, Christine gained experience at Salem Hospital as a Contract Analyst/Implementation Coordinator, where they facilitated and implemented contracts for equipment, supplies, and services.

Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer success skills. Christine has a proven track record of delivering results and driving customer satisfaction.

Christine Danielson, PMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Warner Pacific University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they have also pursued further education and certifications. Christine has obtained a Project Management Certificate from Portland State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI. Furthermore, Christine has enrolled in the Customer Success program at Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) and is expected to complete it in 2023.
