Associate Director, Services Product Enablement at NAVEX

Lauren Thayer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Lauren started their career at Paychex as a Senior Payroll Specialist and later worked as a Field Operations Trainer and Client Service Supervisor. During their time at Paychex, they managed client accounts, conducted trainings, and created Standard Operating Procedures. Lauren then moved on to ADP as a Client Service Manager, where they led a team and delivered career growth webinars. Currently, they are working at NAVEX as an Associate Director, leading a team and overseeing onboarding and cross-training programs. Lauren actively represents the Implementation team in product development meetings and contributes to strategic decision-making processes. Overall, Lauren has demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and customer satisfaction skills throughout their career.

Lauren Thayer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Oregon, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Lake Forest College from 1999 to 2001, studying Communications. Lauren completed their high school education at Tabor Academy, receiving a High School Diploma in 1999. Additionally, Lauren has obtained certifications as a DDI Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer from Development Dimensions International in 2014 and a PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
