Kristin Penrod

Kristin Penrod, PMP, MBA has over 13 years of experience in project management and related roles. Kristin began their career in 2007 as an Education Intern at Chicago Children's Theatre. Kristin then moved to Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2008 as a Program Assistant and to Children's Theatre Company as a Performance Supervisor. In 2011, they joined Frandsen Corporation as a Project Assistant - Manufacturing ERP Implementation. Kristin then moved to Internet Broadcasting in 2012 as a Digital Ad Trafficking Coordinator, and to General Mills in 2013 as an Executive Assistant. In 2015, they joined FRWD Co. as a Project Manager. In 2016, they moved to Securian Financial as a Project Manager, and to Pearson VUE in 2017 as a Project Manager, Facilities Real Estate Analyst, and Project Management Consultant. Most recently, they joined Navigate360 in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager.

Kristin Penrod, PMP, MBA has an extensive education history. Kristin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Entertainment and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago between 2006 and 2007. Kristin then attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2004 to 2006. In 2010, they obtained a Mini Master in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas. Most recently, Kristin obtained a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota between 2019 and 2021. During their MBA program, they also obtained seven additional certifications from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and the Project Management Institute.
