Pablo McCabe

Pablo McCabe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pablo currently holds the position of Lead, Sales & Growth at Navigator Healthcare Inc. where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Talkspace from 2020 to 2023, first as a Vice President, Payer & EAP Accounts Strategy, where they developed and enhanced strategic business partnerships, and then as a Senior Vice President. From 2013 to 2020, McCabe worked at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, initially as a Director of Business Development Team & National Accounts for the Betty Ford Center, and later as a Director and subsequently as the Director of National & Strategic Accounts Team. In these roles, they focused on building relationships with insurance payers, employer groups, and EAP programs to maximize the utilization of offerings and drive growth. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales Solutions at Workplace Options in 2013. McCabe's earlier experiences include roles such as Regional Development Director at Hazelden Foundation from 2010 to 2013, Director of Global Training and Outreach at Workplace Options from 2009 to 2010, and Director of Professional Relations-Business Development at Pride Institute-PSI from 2006 to 2008. Pablo also worked as the Manager of Wellness and Account Services at Corporate Family Network from 2004 to 2006, and as a Counselor at Corporate Counseling Associates from 2002 to 2004, specializing in substance abuse referrals.

Pablo McCabe completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at McGill University from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued further education at the Smith College School for Social Work, where they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from 1994 to 1996.
