Siri Maasch

Siri Maasch has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Siri worked at Naviguard as the Vice President of Operations starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Operations at Naviguard from September 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Naviguard, Siri worked at Allina Health as an Analyst in Care Management Operations from July 2016 to August 2019. Siri also has extensive experience at UnitedHealth Group, where they held multiple roles including Associate Director of Business Process, Sr. Implementation Project Manager, Program Manager, Sr. Business Analyst, and Business Analyst, all within the OptumHealth and UnitedHealthcare divisions. Siri started their career at Unisys as a Business Analyst and later became a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Siri Maasch holds a BA degree in Business and German from Concordia College.
