Jenifer Weeks

As Senior Vice President of Operations at naviHealth, Jenifer Weeks is responsible for market operations, provider relations, operational performance and operational enablement teams. Joining naviHealth in 2017, Jenifer was the market president for the southeast region. She now leads all regions, ensuring both excellent client and provider experience as well as exemplary patient quality and efficiency outcomes. Jenifer has held leadership roles for over 25 years, beginning her career in investment research and due diligence. She has served various capacities for a global, software-enabled service provider including oversight of product development, global operations, strategic program and project management, marketing and acquisition integration. Jenifer resides in Nashville, TN with her family.
