Molly Haley has a diverse work experience in various industries. Molly began their career as a Client Relations Intern at Baker Botts LLP, where they organized meetings and assisted with client development activities. Molly then worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Washington Fine Properties, where they spearheaded advertising campaigns and redesigned the company's website.

Haley then transitioned to the healthcare industry, working at The Advisory Board Company as a Development Coordinator and later as a Business Development Analyst and Senior Analyst in Strategy & Operations. Molly collaborated with executives and stakeholders to drive innovative strategies and improve processes for healthcare organizations.

Next, they joined Ankura as a Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations, where they consulted with healthcare and IT companies to support scalability and growth. Molly developed creative solutions and led engagements to enhance mobile application platforms and implement change management plans.

Haley then joined Hashed Health as an Account Director in Strategic Blockchain Services, focusing on accelerating blockchain adoption in healthcare. Molly worked on use case assessments, POC development, and product implementation.

Currently, Haley holds positions at naviHealth, a post-acute care management company. Molly started as a Senior Operations Associate, managing national health plan account reporting and analytics. Molly was then promoted to Director of Market Operations, where they led a team and streamlined operational reporting. Molly further advanced to become the Senior Director of Operations Performance & Strategy and is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations Performance & Strategy.
