Andrei Javier, MD has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Andrei began their career as a Research Fellow at Università di Bologna in 2007. From there, they worked as a Health Care Advocacy and Policy Intern at Human Services Coalition, where they developed healthcare policy and programs to overcome health access barriers. Andrei then moved on to the Institute for Health Policy Solutions, where they served as a Policy Advisor and Operations Coordinator, analyzing and synthesizing data regarding healthcare reform.

In 2010, Andrei joined Yale University School of Medicine as a Post Graduate Research Fellow, focusing on research.
