Tony Perez

Tony Perez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tony most recently served as the Director of Business Process Improvement at naviHealth since January 2023. Prior to that, Tony held various roles at Optum from 2012 to 2023, including Director of Business Process, Senior Clinical Program Consultant, Six Sigma Black Belt, Senior Program Manager Global Ops, and Manager of Business Process Improvement. Tony also worked as a Sales Account Manager at United Healthcare from 2011 to 2012, a Sales Representative at Progressive Medical Equipment from 2005 to 2010, a Six Sigma Black Belt at the Sunflower Group from 2004 to 2005, and a Manager of Quality and Process Improvement at Sprint from 2003 to 2004. Tony's early career included roles as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Facilitator at General Electric from 2000 to 2003.

Tony Perez attended Chapman University from 1999 to 2000, obtaining an M.A. in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, they attended California State University-San Bernardino from 1989 to 1994 and earned a BA in Psychology and Human Development.
