Janakiraman R has extensive work experience in supply chain, procurement, and strategic sourcing. Janakiraman is currently serving as the President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. Previously, they held various roles at UPL, including Global Director of Supply Chain Transformation, Global Head of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, and Director of Global Procurement. Prior to that, they worked at Heinz in positions such as APAC Indirects Lead & VP-Head India Procurement, Director of Global Procurement Excellence, Asia SAP Supply Chain Process Lead, and VP of Supply Chain at Heinz India. Janakiraman also has experience at Asian Paints, Cadburys, and Alfa Laval in different procurement and planning roles. Overall, Janakiraman R has a strong background in supply chain management and procurement across multiple industries.

Janakiraman R completed their MBA in Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a BE (Mech) degree from COEP Technological University between 1984 and 1988. Additionally, they completed their HSC from Loyola High School & Junior College Pune in 1984.
