Lena Beckman

Lena Beckman has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and medical science fields. Lena is currently working as a Marketing Manager at Navinci Diagnostics, a Swedish biotechnology company focused on in situ protein analysis. In this role, they ensure the development of high-quality diagnostic tools and treatments.

Prior to their current position, Lena worked as a Field Application Scientist at Olink Proteomics, where they provided pre- and post-sales support for customers, including experimental study design and data analysis. Lena also presented and pitched technology at customer meetings and seminars.

Before joining Olink Proteomics, Lena worked at Mabtech AB as a Global Product Manager, where they were responsible for product development, marketing, and sales forecasting for the ELISA product portfolio. Lena also served as a Senior Scientist and Apolipoprotein Product Manager, overseeing research and development, as well as marketing and sales of the apolipoprotein product group. Additionally, Lena held the position of Senior Scientist/Scientific Advisor, conducting customer relations, marketing, and sales for apolipoproteins.

Lena's earlier career includes positions at Karolinska Institutet, where they worked as a PostDoc in Medical Science and a PhD student.

Lena Beckman's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Medical Science from Uppsala University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medical Science at Karolinska Institutet from 2006 to 2011.
