Jessica Ferraro Latimer

Jessica Ferraro Latimer has a strong background in the senior living industry. Jessica recently joined Navion Senior Living as the Senior Vice President of Operations in August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Upstream Rehabilitation as the Senior Regional Sales Manager and later as the Carolinas Regional Sales Manager from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at BenchMark Physical Therapy as an Account Manager. Before that, they served as the Executive Director at Five Star Senior Living from 2016 to 2019. Jessica also held positions at Saber Healthcare Group as the Division Director of Operations in 2014, Senior Living Communities, LLC as the Vice President of Training and Program Development in 2014, and Brookdale Senior Living as the Regional Director of Operations from 2005 to 2013. Jessica began their career at Brookdale Senior Living Inc as an Area Director in 1999.

Jessica Ferraro Latimer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Johnson & Wales University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications. Jessica became a Certified Assisted Living Director in February 2017 through an institution called Argentum (formerly ALFA). In 2014, they acquired the certification of a Certified Dementia Practitioner Trainer from the International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Lastly, in November 1999, they obtained a North Carolina Assisted Living Administrator certification from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
