Katrina Nadschlaeger

Katrina Nadschlaeger is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources (Director) for Navitas since April 2019, Katrina plays a key role in enhancing employee experience and fostering a strong organizational culture. Previously, Katrina was the Business Owner and Director of Schlaeger Consulting, specializing in HR strategy and employee relations. Katrina's career at Australia Post spanned 15 years, culminating in the position of Head of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team and strategic HR initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University and ongoing studies toward a Bachelor in Graduate Law.
