Christopher Jay Soon has a diverse work experience in test development engineering. Christopher Jay started their career at Maxim Integrated Products in 2000, where they developed test packages for various new products and increased production capacity for analog products. Christopher Jay then worked at Best Electronics and Components Company, Inc. as a senior test development engineer/supervisor, where they developed in-house test solutions for customer products and overcame test system limitations. Christopher then joined International Rectifier in 2006, where they held positions as a senior test development engineer and senior staff test development engineer. At International Rectifier, they developed complete test solutions for new products, supervised offshore engineering teams, and oversaw the ramp-up of new product releases in Southeast Asia. Their most recent role is at Navitas Semiconductor, where they started in 2015 as the manager of test development engineering and is currently the director of test development engineering. At Navitas Semiconductor, Christopher defined test methodologies and developed test solutions for the world's first and fastest Gallium Nitride (GaN) Power IC, enabling a revolution in power electronics.

Christopher Jay Soon attended the University of San Carlos from 1994 to 1999. Christopher Jay obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, with a focus on electronics.
