Edward Glover has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the financial and aviation sectors. Currently serving as a Member Service Representative Mentor at Navy Federal Credit Union since June 2013, Edward Glover has demonstrated exceptional customer service with a 97% Quality Service evaluation rate and facilitated team meetings in the supervisor’s absence. Prior experience includes roles at FEMA as a Registration Intake Specialist, at Alsalam Aircraft Company as a General Maintenance Supervisor, and a distinguished 11-year career in the United States Air Force where Edward Glover held multiple leadership positions, including Section Chief and Unit Education and Training Manager.
