Heidi Frost

Heidi Frost is an experienced underwriter currently serving as the Lead Underwriter at Navy Federal Credit Union since October 2022. Previously, Heidi held the position of Senior Underwriter at Point Mortgage Corporation and worked as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and Summit Mortgage Corporation. Additional experience includes working as a DE Senior Underwriter at Guaranteed Rate and a DE/VA Underwriter at Alerus. Heidi began a career in underwriting with Bank of America as a DE Underwriter. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications/PR with a minor in French from St. Cloud State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from North Iowa Area Community College.
