Parijat Sharma

Parijat Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital cloud solution architecture and IT operations. Currently serving as Digital Cloud Solution Architecture Manager and Principal Solutions Architect at Navy Federal Credit Union since August 2020, Parijat plays a key role in modernizing contact center initiatives focused on enhancing member interactions across multiple channels. Prior to this, Parijat held significant positions at Verizon from June 2004 to July 2019, including Senior Solutions Architect, where responsibilities encompassed IT operations for consumer contact centers, solution delivery, vendor management, and technical design and implementation. Earlier experience at Everest Group included roles as a Software Engineer, where Parijat developed applications and provided comprehensive support. Parijat holds an M.B.A. from SMU Cox School of Business and is pursuing advanced project management studies at Stanford University.
