Lauren Williams

Vice President Of Government Relations at National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors

Lauren Williams has extensive work experience in government relations and policy roles. Lauren started their career as an intern for Congressman Goodlatte in 2008 and went on to intern at the National Space Society in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Staff Assistant at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce before joining the Associated Builders and Contractors as a Legal and Regulatory Affairs Assistant in 2011. Lauren later became the Manager, Labor and Employment Policy at the same company from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Lauren worked as a Professional Staff Member for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce. Lauren then became the Director of Government Relations at the American Bakers Association from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President-Government Relations at the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors.

Lauren Williams attended James Madison University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
