Mohammad Waqas Ansari

Mohammad Waqas Ansari began their work experience in 2011 as a Settlement Officer in Branchless Banking Operations at UBL Limited. In this role, they managed the vendor settlement portfolio related to branchless banking. Mohammad then moved on to MCB Bank Limited in 2013, where they worked as an Assistant Manager until 2018. Following that, they joined Telenor Microfinance Bank Limited in 2019 as a Manager of Reconciliation until 2021. Currently, they are working at NayaPay as the Head of Settlement and Recon, a position they have held since 2022. Previously at NayaPay, they served as the Lead of Settlement and Recon from 2021 to 2022.

From 2018 to 2020, Mohammad Waqas Ansari pursued a Master's degree in Islamic Banking & Finance at Karachi University, specializing in the field of Finance, specifically General Finance.
