Shraddha Agrawal

Shraddha Agrawal's work experience begins in 2016 when they started as a Site Engineer at AARAMBH PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they worked on the construction of 90 townhouses and assisted with project controls. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Project and Design Engineer, where they designed a virtual model for a 6-storey mixed-use development and controlled project costs. Shraddha worked there until 2020.

In 2021, Agrawal joined Fletcher Living as an intern, where they assisted a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors with subcontractor and personnel management. Shraddha also evaluated site safety documentation and conducted QA audits. Shraddha then moved on to The Building Intelligence Group in 2021, where they worked as an Assistant Project Manager until 2022.

Currently, Agrawal is working as an Assistant Project Manager at Naylor Love, starting in 2022.

Shraddha Agrawal's education history begins with their schooling at Mount Carmel High School from 1996 to 2010. Shraddha then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from MITCOE, Pune, between 2012 and 2016. Recently, in 2020, Shraddha Agrawal obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
