Anita Premjee

Anita Premjee, MSHRD, currently holds a contract role in Talent Operations at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since October 2025, supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team with Workday and Phenom integrations, focusing on change management, process documentation, and user adoption. Prior to this, Anita served as Global TA & HR Operations Director at Avantor from June 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included establishing strategic direction, managing a global recruitment team, and overseeing recruitment marketing and compliance. Experience at PwC as a Talent Acquisition Manager from February 2013 to June 2022 involved managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting the implementation of talent acquisition technologies. Additional roles at Sysco, Kelly Financial Resources, Ernst & Young, Aegis Mortgage Corporation, and Hall Kinion contributed to a robust expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition across various sectors. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & Psychology from the University of Houston and two Master’s degrees in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler.
