Danielle Tolentino

Danielle Tolentino serves as the HR Operations Lead at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since January 2023, focusing on onboarding operations, background checks, records administration, and compliance. Previously, Danielle held various roles at ConvergeOne from March 2019 to December 2022, culminating as Manager of HR Operations. Responsibilities included leading strategic HR projects, enhancing automation and compliance, and managing onboarding processes. Prior to ConvergeOne, Danielle worked at Emerald Expositions and Viacom, gaining extensive experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Danielle began professional development in HR at Change & Response Strategies, LLC, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey.
