Penny Grivea

Penny Grivea serves as the CEO of Ashleigh & Burwood - The Scent Experts since July 2024 and has been a Non-Executive Director and Board Member of the NBCC since November 2021, contributing to the growth of British-Dutch trade and investment. Previously, Penny was the Managing Director for Rituals in the UK & Ireland from January 2015 to December 2023, driving significant turnover and fostering a strong entrepreneurial culture. Additional experience includes leading Georg Jensen as Managing Director during a pivotal transition from 2012 to 2014, serving as General Manager for Folli Follie from 2009 to 2012, and holding various marketing and sales roles in the cosmetics industry. Penny's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Westminster and a forthcoming Diploma in Transformational Coaching from EMCC Global.
