Chessie Kauffman

Chessie Kauffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Development at NBCUniversal since February 2017, Kauffman has held multiple positions within the organization, including Manager of Talent Management & Organization Development and Manager of Talent Development. Prior experience includes a role as Associate in Talent Management & Employee Engagement at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Project Specialist for Leadership and Organization Development at The Hershey Company. Kauffman’s career began with positions in communications and account management, alongside a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Languages and Literature and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, along with additional credentials in Chinese studies from Capital University of Economics and Business and Carnegie Mellon University.
