Vijayamba R

Vijayamba R is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at NCAER and the Centre for Sustainable Employment. They previously worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Statistical Institute and as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Social and Economic Change. They also interned at NABARD. Vijayamba holds an MA in Applied Economics and a BA in Economics from Christ University. Their research focuses on social norms' impact on women's labor market outcomes and the time trade-off between employment and unpaid work for women.
